Farrukh Haydarov appointed as new head of Syrdarya Police Department

8220Lieutenant Colonel Farrukh Ubaydullaevich Haydarov has been appointed as the head of the Syrdarya Regional Department of Internal Affairs. This was announced by the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
On March 17, an extraordinary session of the Regional Council of People’s Deputies was held in Syrdarya region with the participation of the Minister of Internal Affairs, Aziz Toshpulatov. During the session, Minister Toshpulatov officially appointed Lieutenant Colonel Farrukh Ubaydullaevich Haydarov, a graduate student of the Ministry's Academy, as the new head of the regional department.
Haydarov takes over the role from Sanjar Jabborov, who had served as the head of the Syrdaryo department since October 2022. Jabborov was recently appointed as the head of the Andijon Regional Department of Internal Affairs.
As a reminder, on March 3, Pulat Bobojonov, who had served as the Minister of Internal Affairs since 2017, was relieved of his duties. Aziz Toshpulatov, previously the head of the Tashkent Main Department of Internal Affairs, was appointed as the new Minister. Colonel Ravshan Sultonkhojaev, who had served as the head of the Khorezm Regional Department of Internal Affairs, succeeded Toshpulatov as the head of Tashkent's Main Department.
Additionally, Colonel Abdumajid Shermuhammedov, who previously coordinated internal affairs in Tashkent’s Yunusobod district, was appointed as the head of the Khorezm Regional Department. Meanwhile, Colonel Ayubkhon Rahmatullaev, the former head of Andijan’s Regional Department, was appointed as the First Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs by presidential decree.
