Additional opportunities are given to those who wish to study on the basis of super-contract

Hereinafter, if an applicant can not enter the first direction of his choice for higher educational institutions, but has entered one of the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, or 5th directions, he/she will be allowed to study on a super contract basis in the first chosen HEI. This is reported by the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education on the basis of a decision of the State Admission Commission.

This exception does not apply to directions 2, 3, or 4. That is, an applicant enrolled in the fifth category cannot enter into a super contract by choosing the second or fourth year, but can do so only in the first direction.

Applicants who have not been able to enter the all five directions they have chosen are also allowed to choose one of five courses and to study on a super contract.
