New mayor was appointed in Yangiyol

Today, November 15, Ravshan Isoqjonovich Raimov was appointed as the new mayor of Yangiyol at a special session of the People's Deputies of Yangiyol City Council, according to the Tashkent regional government.
Before his appointment, Raimov served as the deputy head of the Tashkent State Tax Department.
Ravshan Raimov, born in 1976 in Tashkent, holds a higher education degree with a specialization in economics. Throughout his career, he has held various leadership positions within the State Tax System. From 2020 to 2023, he was the head of the State Tax Department of Tashkent region.
Earlier, Dilshod Sultanov was dismissed from his position as mayor of Yangiyol. The reason for his dismissal has not been disclosed.
