A female student is fatally struck by a garbage truck in Bukhara

Shukhrat Jalalov, the head of the information service of the Regional Internal Affairs Department, informed QALAMPIR.UZ about this tragic incident.
He reported that on November 7, at approximately 08:30, a 2nd-grade student of the Bukhara State Pedagogical Institute was on Mustaqililik Street in Bukhara, disposing of her garbage when a 42-year-old driver from "Makhsusavtokhojalik" LLC struck her. The incident went unnoticed as the garbage truck was in the process of emptying its cargo box and changing direction. Regrettably, it ran over the girl who was passing by the front of the vehicle. Due to the girl's height, the truck's cab came into close proximity, and the driver failed to see her, resulting in the tragic loss of her life.
The head of the information service further noted that the situation is currently under investigation.
