An employee of the Internal Affairs Department from Uzbekistan became the world champion in jiu-jitsu

 An employee of the Department of Internal Affairs from Uzbekistan won a gold medal at the World Jiu-Jitsu Championship held in Israel.  This was reported by the Information Service of the Department of Internal Affairs of the Tashkent region.

According to the source, on June 16-18 of this year, the World Cup competition among professionals in the Jiu-Jitsu type of sport was held in Bear Sheva, Israel.

Safdar Sarvarbek Rahmonberdiyev, an officer of the patrol post service of the 4th regional area of the Internal Affairs Department of the Tashkent region, took part in the competition on behalf of Uzbekistan, took the proud 1st place in the 56 kg weight category and won a gold medal.

Also, yesterday, June 21, Rahmonberdiyev was solemnly welcomed at the airport with the participation of the leadership and personnel of the Regional Internal Affairs Department.
