Zaynilobiddin Nizomiddinov appointed as mayor of Bekabad district

23608On April 7, Zaynilobiddin Shakhobiddinovich Nizomiddinov was officially appointed as the governor of Bekabad district in the Tashkent region. The decision was made during an extraordinary session of the district council, according to the press service of the Tashkent region government.
The session agenda included an organizational issue concerning the leadership of the district. The governor of Tashkent region, Zoyir Mirzaev, participated in the meeting and delivered remarks regarding the appointment.
Shukhrat Begimkulovich Dustbekov, who previously served as the district mayor, was dismissed due to various mistakes and shortcomings in his performance.
Following this, Zoyir Mirzaev recommended the candidacy of Zaynilobiddin Nizomiddinov for the post. The council members approved the nomination, confirming his appointment as the new mayor of Bekabad district.
For reference, Nizomiddinov previously held the position of First Deputy Chairman of the Council of the Federation of Trade Unions of Uzbekistan.
It is also noteworthy that from 2018 to 2022, he served as Head of the Presidential Administration. He stepped down from this role in 2022 due to health-related issues.
Earlier, it was reported that new governors were also appointed in the Shovot, Khanka, and Hazorasp districts of the Khorezm region.
