A video has circulated on social media showing the director of Secondary School No. 62 in the Uchtepa district of Tashkent insulting female teachers in front of first-grade students. The incident sparked public outrage, prompting an official response from the capital’s Department of Preschool and School Education.

According to the department, the incident was investigated, and the director was dismissed from his post in accordance with the law.

“All employees working in the management system must strictly adhere to the rules of professional ethics,” the statement said.

The video, which quickly spread online, drew widespread condemnation. Many criticized the director’s behavior toward teachers and demanded that disciplinary action be taken. In the footage, the director used inappropriate language in front of children.

It is worth noting that earlier this year, teachers of School No. 42 in Marhamat district, Andijan region, reported being forced to take part in repair work. Following an investigation, the school’s director was dismissed, and a fine of 41.2 million soums was imposed.
