An employee of the Justice Department is apprehended in Syrdarya for accepting a bribe

The head of the State Services Center branch within the Justice Department of the Syrdarya district, who had promised to issue fraudulent cadastral documents, has been arrested. This information was reported by the Department under the General Prosecutor's Office.

It is noted that during an urgent operation carried out by the relevant authorities, the head of the State Services Center branch of the Justice Department in the Sirdarya district, identified as M.B., had placed trust in Sh.U. This individual had assured Sh.U. that he would arrange the preparation of falsified cadastral documents for an apartment at the cost of 1.4 million soums. Subsequently, an employee of the district's justice department was apprehended with incriminating evidence, having previously transferred 1.2 million soums to the bank card of an acquaintance identified as N.S.

Presently, a criminal case has been initiated under Article 168 of the Criminal Code, pertaining to fraud, and an ongoing investigation is in progress.
