5 people died in a terrible accident in Samarkand

Yesterday 13 October, five people died as a result of a terrible traffic accident in Samarkand. This was reported by the department of Internal Affairs of the region.

The accident happened on 13 October at 19:00pm on the 37th kilometer of the M-37A ring road. 30-year-old J. Murodov lost control of his Lacetti car on the Tashkent-Bukhara route and hit a metal barrier and ended up on the opposite side of the road.

As a result, driver J. Murodov, passengers 25-year-old Y.Umarov, 41-year-old R. Ergasheva, 44-year-old A. Usmonova, and 34-year-old M. Goyibova were injured and died on the spot.

In connection with this situation, the regional Ministry of Internal Affairs initiated criminal proceedings under this situation under article 266 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation part 3, paragraph “a” (violation of the safety rules for the movement of vehicles or their use).
