School staff fired in Samarkand after beating student (video)

Earlier, it was reported that a school staff member at secondary school no. 71 in the Koshrabot district, Samarkand region, had physically assaulted a primary school student. Following the incident, the employee who hit the student was dismissed from her position, the regional Department of Preschool and School Education reported.

According to the information, the incident occurred on October 6 at around 9:30 am. The staff member, identified as Q.S., who worked as the school’s HR manager, was approached during recess by the child of class 3-A, Q.I., who said that her classmate R.F. had hit her child. Following this, the employee went to the classroom of the student involved in the conflict and physically assaulted him.

On October 7 of this year, the incident was taken under the supervision of law enforcement authorities, and a forensic examination was ordered to determine whether the student R.F. sustained any injuries. The results of the examination confirmed that the child suffered minor bodily injuries. The case is currently being considered in court.

Following the incident, the employment contract with Q.S. was terminated. Additionally, the deputy director for educational and moral affairs, K.A., was subjected to disciplinary action for failing to monitor the staff member’s compliance with internal conduct rules.

It is worth noting that previously, at school no. 7 in Olmaliq, Tashkent region, an English teacher received disciplinary action after marking ’’2’’ on the forehead and face of third-grade students.
