Poor construction quality was found at Navoi kindergarten project

Substandard construction was discovered at a kindergarten project in the Navoi region, leading to the temporary suspension of work. The Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services reported the findings.

According to the Ministry, the regional construction inspection uncovered issues with the brickwork and concrete foundations on the second floor of the building for a 120-seat preschool educational institution in the "Talkok" neighborhood of Karmana district. These deficiencies were found on the third and fourth rows of the "G" axis of the building, which had not met the required project standards.

As a result, the construction work was halted, and the substandard sections were demolished by the inspection team to ensure compliance with quality standards.

This follows a similar incident in Yangiyul, Tashkent region, where poor construction quality led to the suspension of a multi-story residential building project on Kamolot Street.
