Earlier, a video surfaced showing a group of drivers executing various dangerous maneuvers and installing unauthorized special devices (police strobe lights) on their cars. The Information Service of the Traffic Safety Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs provided commentary on this situation.
Reportedly, the incident depicted in the video occurred last summer in the Namangan region, as the wedding procession made its way to the civil registration authority, engaging in various dangerous maneuvers.
The video was scrutinized by officers from the Namangan Region DIA Traffic Safety Service, leading to legal action against the drivers who committed these violations. The cars have been impounded in the penalty area.
It's worth noting that participants of a wedding procession who engaged in dangerous maneuvers in Bukhara faced legal consequences as well.
