"The summit agenda will focus on advancing multilateral cooperation within the organization. Key topics include strengthening political dialogue, enhancing trade, economic and investment cooperation, promoting business relations, and expanding cultural and humanitarian exchanges," the report states.
The leaders are expected to discuss current international and regional issues, with plans to adopt several joint resolutions and documents, including a Charter of the Turkic World, proposed by Uzbekistan.
Five member states—Turkey, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and Uzbekistan—will participate, alongside leaders from observer countries. The summit’s theme is "Strengthening the Turkic World: Economic Integration, Sustainable Development, Digital Future, and Security for All."
The 10th-anniversary summit of the Organization of Turkic States was held on November 3 last year in Astana, Kazakhstan, with high-level attendees from member and observer states, including Hungary and Turkmenistan. More recently, an informal summit was held in Shusha, Azerbaijan, in July, gathering heads of state and representatives from Turkey and the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (an observer).
On November 4, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan arrived in Kyrgyzstan for a state visit and will also attend the 11th summit of the Council of Heads of State of the Organization of Turkic States on November 6.
