Drifting turns fatal in Kashkadarya: Two lives lost

Two young men lost their lives in a car accident while attempting to drift in the city of Karshi, Kashkadarya region. The tragic incident was confirmed by the regional Road Safety Department.

According to reports, the accident occurred on January 30 at approximately 17:00 on Nasaf Street in Karshi. A 19-year-old driver, accompanied by two friends, attempted to drift but lost control of the vehicle. The car veered off course and crashed into a tree on the roadside.

The impact of the crash was severe, resulting in the instant death of two 19-year-old passengers.

Authorities from the Karshi City Internal Affairs Coordination Department are currently investigating the incident to determine further details.

It should be recalled that a similar traffic accident occurred earlier in Tashkent, where a collision involving three cars led to the death of a pedestrian.
