A man who killed his uncle was arrested.  He murdered his whole family

Earlier, on 31 May 2022, a criminal case was initiated following the death of a 27-year-old citizen, L.A., in one of the apartments in the “Komilon” neighborhood of Karshi.

The program “Trail of Crime” reported that the person accused in this case was found guilty and sentenced to 12 years in prison.

It was reported that the 18-year-old, M.M., who committed this crime, tried to kill not only his uncle, but also three other members of his family that day.  On the day of the incident, M.M spent the night with his uncle at a relative’s house, so that he could go to school in the morning for an exam.

While the criminal was talking with his uncle that morning, the man insulted the young man’s mother and a fight broke out between the two.  During the fight, M.M hit his uncle on the head with a hammer.  On seeing that he was stunned, he hit him in the face several times, thus killing him.   He then proceeded to kill the others in order to cover up the crime.  

M.M. took a knife and entered the room where the wife and children of the deceased were sleeping.  First, he stabbed the wife, then her 2.5-year-old son.  Thinking that they were dead, he entered the room where his aunt was sleeping.  After waking up for prayer, he talked to his aunt for a while and said that he was going to study and asked her to call a taxi for him.  When she got up to get him a ticket, he also hit her on the head.  After the aunt had passed out, the young man hid the knife and left for school in the deceased’s Nexia car.

The defendant was found guilty of manslaughter, attempted murder of two or more persons, and assault.  The court sentenced the defendant to 12 years in prison, taking into account the fact that the defendant was a minor, sincerely regretted his actions, and had no claim from the victims.
