A video of a minor girl who claims that she was sexually assaulted has gone viral on social media. The Children's Ombudsman reacted to this situation.
It was found that on October 12, J.D., a resident(woman) of Karshi city, turned to phone number 102 of the DIA of Kashkadarya region and reported that her husband B.Q., who has been living with her since 2021, committed acts of sexual violence against her daughter born in 2017.
In connection with the situation, the Investigative Department of the Karshi city DIA immediately started an investigation and carried out investigative actions that could not be delayed. Regarding the child, appropriate forensic examination was appointed.
"The Children's Ombudsman continues to monitor this case from the point of view of the child's interests. Additional information on the progress of the work will be provided," the report said.
