Woman's body was found in a hospital elevator shaft in Karshi

A medical worker at the old railway hospital, part of the Karshi city branch of the Republican Scientific Center of Emergency Medical Care in the Kashkadarya region, was found dead in an elevator shaft. This was reported on the "Central Studio" show.
The deceased, a 36-year-old woman who worked as a cleaner at the hospital, reportedly attempted to use the elevator during her shift. Due to a malfunction, she fell into the elevator shaft.
When the woman failed to show up for work, her colleagues notified her sister, who also works at the same hospital. After no success in locating her, law enforcement agencies were alerted. After more than 20 hours of searching, on August 4, the woman's body was discovered in the elevator shaft.
Following the incident, the elevator's use has been restricted. The Karshi city police are currently conducting an investigation.
For context, the deceased was a mother of three children. Her husband is currently working in Russia.
