Saleswoman tries to set herself on fire

A saleswoman attempted to set herself on fire in Chirchiq, Tashkent region. This incident was reported by the city administration.

During the investigation conducted by the employees of the Chirchiq city DIA, it was found that the individual is a woman named M.K., born in 1978 in the Bostonliq district of the region. It is noted that on June 10 of this year, the woman attempted to set herself on fire in protest against a warning issued by the State Tax Inspectorate of Chirchiq for violating trade regulations.

Despite repeated warnings on June 28, the working group conducted explanatory work with the woman while she was selling in a location not designated for sale, outside the market area. During this process, citizen M.K. attempted to provoke negative behavior.

"There were no injuries during this process. In connection with the situation, documents are being prepared in the appropriate manner against citizen M.K.,” the report. 

It was reported that this citizen was previously charged under Article 41 (Insulting), Article 47 (Failure to fulfill obligations to raise and educate children), Article 52 (Inflicting minor injuries), Article 183 (Petty bullying), and Article 194 (Failure to fulfill legal requirements of an employee of internal affairs bodies) of the Code of Administrative Responsibility.
