7 exclusive market access rights will be revoked

In the last two years, 13 exclusive market access rights were revoked, and another 7 will be canceled soon. This change will create opportunities for more than 1,500 entrepreneurs to enter the market. This was announced today, August 20, during an open dialogue between President Shavkat Mirziyoyev and businessmen in the city of Nukus.

It was reported that all accredited enterprises will now be able to certify hotel activities. Additionally, documents for tenders, which were previously prepared only by consulting centers under the Ministry of Construction through the "Transparent Construction" system, will see changes. Starting from October 1, the "Transparent Construction" system, similar to the Entrepreneurship Rating, will be managed by the entrepreneurs themselves. The functions of the consulting centers will be completely transferred to the private sector.

The President also stated that he is ready to transfer other services currently provided by state agencies to the private sector if entrepreneurs make such proposals.
