Abdusattarov scored a draw in the match

The 11th round of the Tata Steel Chess-2023 international chess tournament, hosted by the Netherlands, is over.  Uzbek chess master Nodirbek Abdusattarov, who is the leader in the "Masters" group, fought against his main pursuer Anish Giri in this round.

Abdusattorov, who entered the competition in black, scored a draw against the home team and brought his number of points to 7.5.  After eleven rounds, the representative of Uzbekistan is still in the lead.  Anish Giri, who scored 7 points, took 2nd place.  The world champion Magnus Carlsen, who recorded several unsuccessful results during the competition, won in the last matches and currently completes the top three.

Javahir Sindorov, who is among the strongest in the "Challenger" group, signed a draw in the 11th round against Mac Warmerdam, the representative of the hosts.

Currently, Sindorov is in 3rd place in the prestigious tournament, having collected 7 points from 11 opportunities.

The 12th round of the tournament will be held today.  In the 12th round, Abdusattorov will play against the representative of the USA, Wesley So, and Sindorov will play against Iran's Mohammad Amin Tabatabai.
