Reports emerged of a fire incident at School No. 209 situated in Tashkent's Mirzo Ulugbek district, circulating on social media. The Capital Emergency Situations Department promptly responded to the situation.
Today, May 15th, at 2:28 p.m., the Tashkent city ESM received an alert regarding a fire allegedly occurring at School No. 209 in Qorasuv 1 daha, Mirzo Ulugbek district.
Consequently, two fire-rescue vehicles arrived at the specified location by 2:30 p.m., discovering no fire but rather a short circuit in the electrical system.
The report highlights that prior to the arrival of fire rescue units, National Guard service members stationed at the school facilitated the evacuation process, prioritizing the safety of the students.
