A fire broke out in a multi-storey building in the Tashkent City area of the Shaykhontohur district, Tashkent. This was reported by the Tashkent City Emergency Management Department.
On January 23, at 19:49, the Fire and Rescue Service received a report of a fire on the roof of a nine-storey building in the Shaykhontohur district, within the Tashkent City area. Fire and rescue teams arrived at the scene by 19:53. The fire was contained by 20:03 and fully extinguished by 20:05.
Fortunately, there were no casualties or injuries as a result of the incident. Authorities are currently investigating the cause of the fire and assessing the material damage.
This follows a previous fire that occurred on the roof of a beauty salon on Kichik Halka Yuli Street in the Chilonzor district, where no injuries were reported.
