An explosion occurred at a liquefied gas filling station in Karshi district, Kashkadarya region, on June 8, the regional Department of Internal Affairs reported.
According to the report, at 1:50 p.m., the Kashkadarya regional Department of Emergency Situations received a report of an explosion at a station supplying liquefied gas to household gas cylinders in the Chaman mahalla of Karshi district.
Rescue units immediately arrived at the scene and are working to extinguish the fire caused by the explosion. Additional information will be provided later.
Earlier, a fire broke out at one of the vehicle fuel stations in the city of Samarkand, Samarkand region.
