3-year-old girl who went to kindergarten fell into a ditch and died

A 3-year-old girl died after falling into a ditch at a private kindergarten in the Kamashi district of the Kashkadarya region due to being left unattended. This was reported by "Millar."

The mother of the girl, who was not yet 3 years old, accompanied her daughter to the private kindergarten in her neighborhood on May 20 this year. Upon hearing that her daughter was sick, the mother rushed to the kindergarten and witnessed her daughter’s death.

It is noted that during the opening ceremony of the private kindergarten, parents warned the administration about a nearby ditch that posed a danger. However, the administration promised to take security measures.

According to an employee of the kindergarten, half of the children were taken inside to sleep, while the rest remained in the yard. One child, left unattended, went out into the street, fell into the ditch near the kindergarten, and died.

“I am heartbroken. I entrusted my child to the kindergarten. Why were they so indifferent? It has been three days, and the kindergarten continues its activities as usual. I demand that the kindergarten nurses and administration be held legally accountable,” said the mother of the deceased girl.

The Prosecutor General’s Office reported that a forensic medical examination has been ordered to determine the cause of death. An internal investigation is also underway to assess the actions of the preschool staff involved. Pre-investigation measures are currently ongoing.

It is worth noting that earlier, a 2-year-old boy died after hanging himself from a bed in a private kindergarten in Dushanbe, Tajikistan.
