Earlier, it was reported that the court process to establish paternity between the sons of famous singer Botir Kadyrov and People's Artist of Uzbekistan Sherali Jorayev Shahjahan and Zahirshah Jorayev is ongoing. On May 2, at the court session held in Uchtepa district court on civil cases, the representative of the plaintiff Botir Kadyrov submitted a request for a DNA examination. The representatives of the defendant objected to the petition.
On May 8, the testimony of Batir Kadyrov and Shahjakhan Jorayev was heard, and Shahjakhan Jorayev stated that he was not against DNA examination.
We remind you that an expert opinion dated September 29, 2023, of the Sulaimanova Republican Center for Forensic Expertise under the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan was attached to the lawsuit, which stated that Halimjon Nurmatov and Botir Sheralievich Kadyrov are uncle-nephews. QALAMPIR.UZ contacted Sherali Jorayev's brother Halimjon Nurmatov to clarify this topic, but he denied that a DNA test was conducted to determine that he is an uncle-nephew with Batir Kadyrov.
