15718On September 11, the case of singer Botir Kadyrov's lawsuit was heard, and the decision was read at the Uchtepa inter-district civil court in Tashkent city. According to the court's decision, Botir Kadyrov was found to be the son of Sherali Jorayev.
Shahjakhan and Zahirshah Jorayev filed an appeal against the court's decision, and today, November 18, this case was considered at the appellate instance. This was reported by the QALAMPIR.UZ source.
According to the decision of the appellate instance, the decision of the first instance was left unchanged.
For reference, the petition for establishing paternity was filed by plaintiff Botir Kadyrov Sheralievich against the defendants Shahjahan Sheraliyev and Zohirshah Sheraliyev, sons of the deceased Sherali Jorayev, who passed away on September 4, 1981. The paternity of Botir Kadyrov Sheralievich, born on May 5, 1981, was confirmed. It was also established that the father's name, Sherali Jorayev, was listed in the birth certificate of Botir Kadyrov, which was registered in the Andijan city registry office on March 11, 1983, under record number 12. His nationality was confirmed as Uzbek.
