The academic lyceum in Jizzakh was found in violation of public procurement laws

In Jizzakh, cases of legal violations were discovered in state procurement conducted by an educational institution. This was reported by the Competition Committee.
It was noted that, based on the application of "Jomboy Parxez Taom" LLC to the territorial administration of the Jizzakh region Competition Committee, an investigation was conducted into the legality of state procurement carried out by the academic lyceum under the Jizzakh Polytechnic Institute.
The investigation revealed violations of the procedures established by law for conducting sales in state procurement by the customer, specifically for outsourcing services for ready-made hot food, with a total value of 1 billion soums in the electronic system.
As a result, the special commission of the Committee initiated a case against the ordering organization (the Academic Lyceum at Jizzakh Polytechnic Institute) for signs of violating the requirements of Article 29 of the Law "On Competition." Instructions were given to rectify the legal violations and prevent similar occurrences in the future, and relevant measures were taken by those responsible.
