Driver of Damas in Jizzakh was penalized for transporting 14 women

Measures have been taken against the driver of a Damas vehicle who was found transporting 14 women in the Jizzakh region. This incident was reported by the regional Internal Affairs Directorate's traffic safety department.

According to the information provided, a traffic police officer on duty stopped a Damas vehicle on one of the roads in Jizzakh. When questioned about the number of passengers he was carrying, the driver initially claimed there were 11 passengers on board. However, upon unloading and counting the passengers, it was revealed that there were 14 women in the vehicle.

As a result of this violation, legal action was initiated against the driver under the relevant articles of the Code of Administrative Responsibility.

This incident highlights ongoing concerns regarding passenger safety and adherence to vehicle capacity regulations. It serves as a reminder that drivers must comply with safety regulations to ensure the well-being of their passengers.

It is worth noting that this is not an isolated case; previously, in Andijan, another Damas driver was found transporting 32 children, raising serious questions about vehicle safety practices in the region.
