Nexia driver dies after collision with trailer in Samarkand

A tragic accident occurred in the Samarkand region where a Nexia driver died after colliding with a trailer. The incident was reported by the Traffic Safety Department of the regional DIA.
The accident took place on September 24 at 16:30 on the 9th kilometer of the M-37 highway near the "Dahbed" neighborhood area in Okdarya District, Samarkand Region. The Nexia car, driving on the Bukhara-Samarkand route, crashed into the back of a Kögel trailer that was parked on the side of the road.
Unfortunately, the driver of the Nexia died at the scene due to severe injuries.
A criminal case has been opened by the investigation department of the Okdarya District DIA, and preliminary investigations are underway.
This follows a recent accident involving two buses in Tashkent.
