In Jizzakh, husband stabs his wife at workplace

In the Jizzakh region, a husband has been reported to have stabbed his wife at her workplace. Hayot Shamsutdinov, the press secretary of the General Prosecutor's Office, informed KALAMPIR.UZ about the incident.

The incident occurred on September 7 at 21:40. The 37-year-old man, B.B., confronted his 36-year-old wife, B.D., who works as a nurse in the resuscitation department of the Zarbdar District Medical Association. A family dispute took place in front of the entrance to the intensive care unit, during which B.B. used a small curved knife to inflict multiple injuries on his wife.

In response, the Zarbdar District Court has imposed a preventive measure in the form of imprisonment on B.B. The Zarbdar District Internal Affairs Department (IIB) has initiated a case against him under Article 1261, Part 5, Clauses "v" and "i" of the Criminal Code. The preliminary investigation is currently being conducted by the Zarbdar District DIA.

It is also worth recalling that earlier in Karakalpakstan, an incident occurred where a host killed his guest and cooked the victim's organs for his cat.
