A legal representative from the Yakkasaroy district government in Tashkent City passed away while swimming in a school pool within the district. Hayot Shamsutdinov, the spokesperson for the General Prosecutor's Office, disclosed this information to QALAMPIR.UZ.
The incident occurred on April 18th around 15:30, resulting in the death of a 54-year-old lawyer employed by the district administration.
A forensic examination has been initiated to ascertain the cause of the lawyer's demise. The prosecutor's office is currently overseeing the investigation.
Social media reports suggest that several deputy governors of the Yakkasaroy district have been dismissed in connection with this incident. Despite attempts to reach out to the district administration for clarification, QALAMPIR.UZ was unable to obtain responses from the mayor's office.
