It was noted that the committee received a complaint regarding the tenders held on June 10, 2024, with an initial value of 26 billion 500 million soums by the General Department of Road Safety of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Consequently, an instruction was issued to declare the tender results invalid in relation to the General Directorate of Road Safety of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Furthermore, the issue of imposing administrative liability on the official responsible for this violation will be considered.
For reference, any party dissatisfied with the decision of the Special Commission has the right to appeal to the Board of Appeal of the committee or to the court.
"The Competition Committee is continuously monitoring compliance with the Laws 'On Competition' and 'On State Procurement' in the conduct of public procurements," the report stated.
It is worth noting that earlier, the Competition Committee initiated a case against the Spirituality Center concerning a tender worth 1.4 billion soums.
