Volleyball: Uzbekistan will host the World Championship for the first time

Uzbekistan will make history by hosting the World Volleyball Championship for the first time. This announcement was made by the press service of the Volleyball Federation of Uzbekistan.
The 2025 World Championship for boys under the age of 19 will take place in the capital city of Tashkent. The national team of Uzbekistan will also compete in this prestigious event.
In total, 24 national teams will vie for victory in the championship.
It's worth noting that Uzbekistan last hosted the Asian Junior Championship in 2023, where the national team secured silver medals.
Additionally, the president of the International Volleyball Federation visited Uzbekistan at the end of September, further emphasizing the significance of this upcoming event.
