Ministries will be relocated to New Tashkent

10154As per the President's decree "On additional measures to reduce state involvement in the economy," the governmental bodies of the republic will shift to New Tashkent city.
The decree mandates the coordinating council, led by Abdulla Aripov, to oversee the relocation of governmental bodies to New Tashkent city within three months.
Furthermore, it specifies that proposals should be drafted regarding the optimal use of current administrative buildings, with proceeds from their sale allocated to finance new administrative structures in the designated area.
"Davaktive agency, in collaboration with relevant ministries and agencies, is tasked with submitting proposals to the Cabinet of Ministers within two months for necessary amendments to legislative documents resulting from this decision. Deputy Prime Minister J.A.Qochqorov and Director of State Asset Management Agency A.J.Ortiqov are entrusted with ensuring the effective implementation of this decision.
Quarterly assessments of decision implementation, coordination, and oversight of responsible agencies will fall under the purview of Prime Minister A.N.Aripov," the decree states.
