Average income of Uzbekistan’s population reaches 21.8 million soums

As of January–September 2025, the average per capita income in Uzbekistan amounted to 21.8 million soums, according to the National Statistics Committee.

During this period, the total income of the country’s population reached 825.3 trillion soums.

Taking inflation into account, the real growth rate of total household income compared to the same period last year was 108.4 percent.

The nominal growth rate of per capita income was recorded at 116.1 percent, while the real growth rate stood at 106.3 percent.

Per capita income by region:

Tashkent city – 52 million soums
Navoi region – 32.1 million soums
Bukhara region – 26 million soums
Khorezm region – 22.8 million soums
Tashkent region – 21.9 million soums
Andijan region – 19.4 million soums
Fergana region – 18.5 million soums
Samarkand region – 18.1 million soums
Syrdarya region – 17.2 million soums
Jizzakh region – 17.1 million soums
Kashkadarya region – 17 million soums
Surkhandarya region – 16.5 million soums
Namangan region – 15.8 million soums
Republic of Karakalpakstan – 14.8 million soums

It is worth noting that earlier reports stated that the average salary in Uzbekistan approached 6 million soums in the first half of 2025.
