New system for scheduling US visa interviews will be launched in Uzbekistan

The US Embassy in Uzbekistan has announced the introduction of a new and improved visa interview scheduling system starting June 10.

The new service will enable visa applicants to obtain visa information, make administrative payments, schedule interviews, and use a document delivery service.

Applicants will be required to pay any necessary visa application fees before scheduling an interview date through the new process.

The new system allows eligible applicants to submit their documents to the consular department via the delivery service and receive their documents from the relevant department without needing an interview.

"Visa applicants who scheduled an interview for June using the previous system must attend the interview on the scheduled date and pay the visa fee inside the building before the interview," stated the embassy.

The administrative visa fee will remain unchanged despite the process updates.
