7174A citizen wanted in Uzbekistan since November 2023 was captured in Kazakhstan, as reported by "Polisia.kz."
It was noted that last week, criminal police officers from the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Kazakhstan arrested wanted individuals from several countries. In particular, a citizen of Uzbekistan was apprehended in the city of Kaskelen, located in the Almaty region. He is the head of a company in the Tashkent region and has been sought for stealing 180.5 million soums by falsifying documents related to the repair of apartment buildings from 2021 to 2023.
Additionally, a 39-year-old citizen of Tajikistan, wanted by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, was arrested in the Turkestan region. He had killed an acquaintance in Samara in April 2023 following a quarrel and had been wanted since October of last year.
Almaty police also arrested a 47-year-old Turkish citizen who raped his stepdaughter in Bishkek. He was sought by law enforcement agencies in the Kyrgyz Republic.
In another case, a 30-year-old citizen of the Russian Federation was arrested in the city of Kyzylorda in 2022. He fraudulently took 1 million rubles from residents of the city of Sochi and used the money as he wished. He had been wanted since April of this year.
It is worth noting that earlier, employees of the National Security Committee of Kyrgyzstan arrested a citizen of Uzbekistan, born in 1992, who was internationally wanted at the initiative of Interpol.
