  • Cuba
  • Indonesia

  • Malaysia
  • Nigeria
  • Thailand
  • Turkey
  • Uganda
  • Uzbekistan
  • Vietnam

QALAMPIR.UZ's source from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs confirmed that Uzbekistan has joined BRICS as a partner country, they noted that ongoing work on this matter is still underway.

Kazakhstan, among the new partner countries, had previously received offers to join the alliance. However, it has been suggested that Kazakhstan will likely refrain from full membership, considering the gradual process and other strategic factors related to BRICS' development.

During the plenary session of the "BRICS Plus" summit on October 24, President Shavkat Mirziyoyev reiterated Uzbekistan's readiness to join the BRICS Investment Platform, a proposal initiated by Russian President Vladimir Putin.
