Parents of young individuals extracting their bodies from a vehicle in Tashkent have faced legal consequences

A video depicting individuals extracting their bodies from a vehicle and executing a perilous maneuver circulated on social media, sparking discussions. Tashkent HDIA responded to the incident.

As per reports, the occurrence transpired on the night of January 16, around 03:30, on New Olmazor Street in the Olmazor district. The 2005-born young man drove a rented Monza car without a license plate, despite lacking a driver's license. Additionally, two companions, born in 2006 and 2009, were present in the vehicle during the incident. Both of them extended their bodies from the Monza, committing a violation.

In connection with this situation, an administrative report, pursuant to Article 47 of the Code of Administrative Responsibility of the Republic of Uzbekistan ("Failure to fulfill obligations to raise and educate children"), was issued to the parents of the underage individuals. The vehicle was impounded in the penalty area. Furthermore, Tashkent Department of Traffic Road Service of HDIA is conducting an investigation into the violation of traffic rules during the vehicle's operation.
