Accident involving three trucks occurred n Jizzakh

A mishap involving three trucks occurred on the Samarkand-Tashkent highway, prompting the Jizzakh region's Department of Internal Affairs to respond.

The incident, which occurred on May 16 between 10:00 and 15:30, happened at the 978th-kilometer mark on the M-39 highway, linking Samarkand and Tashkent, within the Sharaf Rashidov district of Jizzakh. A driver born in 1995, operating a HOWO A7CNG truck, failed to halt the vehicle promptly due to brake system malfunction, resulting in a collision with another moving HOWO truck belonging to the "NURLI TOLQIN SERVIS" company. The impact caused the first truck to overturn on the road.

Simultaneously, a SANY SYZ3220S 8Y truck was traveling in the left lane. Before the driver could respond to the obstacle, the truck collided with the overturned truck's cabin, veering off in the opposite direction.

Fortunately, no injuries were reported from the incident. Presently, the Road Safety Department of the Jizzakh region is investigating the accident's causes.

It's worth noting that earlier, there were reports of a collision involving two passenger buses in the Yashnobod district.
