Conductor who sexually abused a 13-year-old girl in Tashkent arrested

A man who sexually abused a schoolgirl returning from school by stroking her face, kissing her on the head, and kissing her on the head was arrested in Tashkent. QALAMPIR.UZ got acquainted with the court documents.

It was reported that on December 25 of last year, a minor S.S., born in 2012, was returning from a school in the Shaykhantohur district by bus. At that time, the bus conductor T.B., born in 1981, asked her various questions, stroked her on the face, kissed her on the head, and sexually abused her.

The case was heard in the Shaykhantohur District Court for criminal cases. At the court session, the defendant T.B. expressed regret for his actions and said that this situation would not happen again, and asked the court to grant him leniency.

According to the court decision, the defendant was found guilty of committing an offense under Part 1 of Article 41-1 (Sexual Harassment) of the Code of Administrative Responsibility and was sentenced to 5 days of administrative detention.

It should be recalled that earlier, a 28-year-old man was sentenced to 5 days in prison for sexually harassing a 14-year-old boy in the city of Ahangaran, Tashkent region. By the court decision, the man was found guilty of committing an offense under Part 1 of Article 41 (Sexual Harassment) of the Code of Administrative Responsibility and was sentenced to 5 days of administrative detention under this article.
