Electricity will be cut off in some areas of Tashkent city

Today, August 4, electricity will be turned off in some areas of two districts of Tashkent.  This was reported by the press service of the Tashkent city branch of JSC “Regional Electric Networks”.

It is said that today, in order to ensure the supply of high-quality and stable electricity to consumers, to prevent emergency situations in power networks, and to thoroughly prepare for the autumn-winter season, the electricity supply will be temporarily cut off at the following addresses:

• Yangihayat district: in some streets of “Dostlik” Neighborhood from 09:00 to 17:00;
• Mirzo Ulugbek district: from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. in some streets of “Ahillik” Neighborhood .

“In turn, we inform you that the repair works in the above areas can be completed earlier than the scheduled time,” the message reads.

Also, in the message, the Tashkent city branch of JSC “Ukrainian Electric Networks” apologized to the residents of these areas for the inconvenience caused due to temporary interruptions in electricity supply due to these repair works.
