The cost of patta for various types of trade in Tashkent markets has risen by an average of 20-30 percent. This change was implemented following the resolution of the Tashkent city governor, titled “On the introduction of new amounts of one-time fees, rent payments, and the cost of services provided by the administration of markets and shopping complexes in Tashkent,” which was adopted today, February 14.

According to the resolution, the prices for patta in Tashkent markets have increased by an average of 20-30 percent across multiple categories of trade.

The updated resolution outlines the following:

When trading agricultural products and consumer goods, the standard size of one trading place is set at 1 to 1.2 square meters. If the area exceeds this size, an additional space fee will be applied at the rate established for each trading place.

In cases where products are sold in mixed categories, the highest rate applicable to the types of products being sold will be charged.

It should be noted that this draft resolution proposing an increase in Patta prices was previously made available for public discussion.
