Passenger bus and three cars involved in accident on M-39 highway

Today, April 1, a passenger bus collided with three cars in the Okoltin district of the Sirdarya region. This was reported by the Regional Traffic Safety Department.

According to the report, at around 4:15 PM, a road traffic accident occurred on the 925th kilometer of the M-39 highway in the Termiz-Tashkent direction, near the Ahillik neighborhood in Okoltin district. The accident involved a Yutong bus and three passenger cars: Nexia, Matiz, and Cobalt models.

It was noted that no injuries were reported as a result of the accident.

“Investigation work is being carried out at the scene by traffic safety officers,” the statement said.

Earlier, a similar incident occurred in the Tashkent region involving vehicles of the Howo, Zil, Cobalt, and Nexia models. Fortunately, no injuries were reported in that case either, though the vehicles sustained technical damage.
