New deputy was appointed in Syrdarya

Bobur Khudjamov, the son of Alisher Khudjamov, has been named deputy governor of the Syrdarya region, overseeing the regional investment and foreign trade department. This announcement was made by the regional government's press service.

Born in Tashkent in 1991, Bobur Khudjamov graduated from the Singapore Management Development Institute in Tashkent in 2013 and from Cardiff Metropolitan University in 2015.

Throughout his career, he has held various significant positions within the Ministry of Investments, Industry, and Trade. Before his current appointment, he served as the Deputy Head of the New Investors Cooperation Department in the same ministry.

It is also noteworthy that last month, Akmal Mirzayev was appointed as the deputy governor of the Syrdarya region, responsible for agriculture and water management issues.
