Individuals who caused disturbances during a wedding procession were detained in Samarkand

5309In Samarkand's Urgut district, drivers who ignored the lawful orders of Highway Patrol Service inspectors were detained for fitting various devices on their wedding procession cars. This information was provided by the regional DIA traffic safety press service.
It was revealed that several procession participants engaged in reckless driving maneuvers and equipped their cars with unauthorized devices like blinkers. They committed multiple serious violations and refused to comply with the legal orders of the Highway Patrol Service inspectors.
Based on the relevant sections of the Code of Administrative Responsibility, the Urgut district criminal court sentenced seven individuals to 10 days in jail, one person to 12 days, and another to 3 days.
We remind you that previously in Namangan, drivers who performed reckless maneuvers and installed unauthorized devices on their cars were similarly penalized.
