It is known that during a swift operation conducted by the Pakhtachi district department of the department, "X.Q.," the head of LLC R.Kh., it was found that the enterprise had illegally used 1.3 billion soums of natural gas by establishing a greenhouse on 1.5 hectares of land in the "Kirguli" neighborhood. They connected this greenhouse to the public gas network for commercial purposes without any proper documentation.

"In response to this situation, a criminal case has been initiated under Article 169 (theft) of the Criminal Code, and investigative efforts are underway," stated the department.
