Authorities previously reported that a young girl jumped from the roof of a 16-story building in Olmaliq, located in the Tashkent region. By comparing fingerprints taken from the body with the regional MDIA’s electronic database, it was established that the fingerprints belong to 19-year-old G.T., a resident of Olmaliq. This information was provided by Hayot Shamsutdinov, the press secretary of the General Prosecutor's Office, to QALAMPIR.UZ.

Reports indicate that during the inspection of the incident scene, the lock on the metal door leading to the roof was found broken. A forensic examination has been ordered.

The Olmaliq City Prosecutor's Office is currently conducting investigations to determine the reasons behind the girl's suicide.

It should be noted that earlier, the neighborhood chairman and residents of the apartment building stated that the girl did not live there.
