Following a viral video on social media depicting workers from Enter Engineering Company in Olmaliq protesting their long-standing salary delays, the company issued an official statement.

The company clarified that employees' salaries are directly tied to successfully justifying the completed work volume to the client. While February salaries have been fully paid, March salaries are pending completion of the volume justification process and other administrative procedures.

The company acknowledged that resolving these issues takes time and assured that efforts are underway to compensate employees for March.

Explaining the delay, the company cited the meticulous inspection required for construction projects by both internal and external quality control services.

Addressing circulating social media videos, the company clarified that some are outdated, dating back three years, and reiterated their commitment to fulfilling obligations to employees, as echoed by their clients.

Despite the company's assurances, many employees persist in accusing management of dishonesty.

It's worth noting that previously, three fatalities occurred in Olmaliq due to the collapse of temporary equipment at Enter Engineering's metal preparation workshop.
