In the Pop district of the Namangan region, it was revealed that the head of the LLC embezzled 1.2 billion soms of preferential credit. This was reported by the Department for Combating Economic Crimes under the General Prosecutor's Office.
In a pre-investigation survey conducted by the department's Pop District Office, the head "A-P." LLC A.T. sold the medical machines and production equipment purchased with a preferential loan of 200 million soms allocated to "A-P." LLC and a billion som allocated from the bank branch to the LLC “O.S.” which was established in the name of his spouse S.
In connection with this situation, a criminal case has been initiated under Article 167 of the Criminal Code (embezzlement or robbery by fraud), and investigations are underway.
